Product Availability

We try our best to have our products in stock for you! However, there may be times when a product becomes unavailable. In this event, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Placing Orders

Feel secure placing your order on-line on our site or you may also call us to order at 518-728-4907. If our customer representatives are busy, leave your number and a brief message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Changing Your Order

At Verdant, we process orders very quickly. Due to the speed with which we fulfill orders, we cannot alter or cancel your order once it has been processed. However, you can be sure we will always provide you with a satisfactory solution!

Order Status

Once your order is processed you will be notified by e-mail of your order status and tracking information.


Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded for simply changing your mind on an item. An exchange will be honored for the original item ordered only and customer pays all shipping costs for replaced item and returned item. Exchanges for defective items will be fully honored and all shipping costs will be refunded. If your item is damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. We must be notified of damaged orders within 3 days of receiving your order! The correct procedure will ensue according to the carrier for which the damage was incurred.

Gift exchanges are only eligible as an exchange only. No refunds and no shipping costs will be refunded.

Shipping Items to Our Returns Department

If you request a credit to your account or credit card, we’ll send you credit confirmation by email. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for any charge card credits to appear on your statement.
Please ship all items to our warehouse address below via UPS or Parcel Post insured, unless you are otherwise instructed by our customer service dept.. We highly recommend insuring your return item to avoid any discrepancies with your purchase.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please phone 518-728-4907 or e-mail us at returns@verdanthomeproducts.com within 3 days of receipt of order, otherwise, we may not be able to honor your request.
